Your F3 gym welcomes you in Sanary-sur-Mer!

Description

We welcome you in a 450 m² area with a space dedicated to group classes and a second space for cardio and weight training. We have a 150 m² room for group lessons and a 200 m² cardio and weight training room.

F3 GYM offers you quality equipment so that our classes remain a moment of well-being. For example, you will be able to practice rowing, stepper or semi-recumbent cycling, practice pilates, body sculpt or even take advantage of the bar and free weights workshop.

F3 GYM is a fitness centre dedicated above all to sport, but also to relaxation and conviviality. So come and relax and work out in complete serenity.
