Small menu focus on various dishes, for instance :
A starter by the Chef, some kadaïfs de gambas, a sugar salad with tartar sauce, followed by a rack of lamb & potatoes with truffle & a Garrigues juice.
Or for instance :
A pork belly with green lentils of the Puy cooked like a salt pork
Or alternatively :
Linguines (Italian pasta in strips) with gambas, one of Thierry's specialities...

As for desserts, enjoy our Sirat'tatin with fresh fruits, our Toblerone fried spring roll, ice cream & our home-made whipped cream.
